	Situtated in the farmyard at Burgate Manor Farm are 6 single storey holiday cottages and a large newly converted barn. All are 4 Star rated by the English Tourism Council. Each cottage has a patio and BBQ and there is a shared private garden next to a stream with views over unspoilt meadows.

	THE GRANARY: The Granary is a magnificent newly converted period barn with original exposed beams and brickwork, a gallery, a large 50ft x 22 ft living area / kitchen. It is an ideal holiday location for large groups of friends & extended families. The garden overlooks the River Avon with panoramic views of the Avon Valley water meadows. It sleeps 16/18 with 6 bathrooms (1 disabled). 2 double bedrooms,
	4 twin bedded rooms and a gallery which can be set up as a sitting room or a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a large double sofa bed in the living area, a dining table for 18 and 5 sofas. It has a 4 oven range cooker, fridgefreezer, 2dishwashers, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, microwave, 28 inch widescreen TV, video, DVD, Hi-Fi and log burner. There is parking for 10 cars. The price includes linen, oil fired central heating, electricity & logs.

KINGFISHER:

Sleeps 4-6, has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles. It also has a good quality sofa bed in the living area making it suitable for up to 6 people.

There is an open plan living/ dining area with a new fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with small freeze compartment, microwave and colour television.

It has a shower room with basin and WC and electric heating. There is a patio with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.

GREBE:

Sleeps 4, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles.

	Out & About

	The cottages are on the Avon Valley Path on the edge of the New Forest with its wild ponies and common land strewn with wild flowers. There are many foot/cycle paths, excellent horse riding and numerous pubs and restaurants to visit. There are many attractions within easy reach such as Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, the Owl Sanctuary Ringwood, Beaulieu Abbey, the National Motor Museum, the Royal Navy Museum at Portsmouth - Nelson's Ship Victory and the Mary Rose. The New Forest Water Park is 3 miles away for water & jet skiing. There are also many beach resorts including Bournemouth and Studland and famous yachting havens such as Lymington. A short walk away is the Tudor Rose pub & the high class restaurant The Hour Glass.
