A beautifully restored 18th century cottage set in half an acre of garden, mainly trees and lawn (suitable for croquet, badminton, quoits etc.). It is opposite a farm and has fields on three sides. It is convenient for the lovely old town of Stamford (Burleigh Horse trials) and for Rutland Water. It is close to golf courses, Sibson’s air field, the Nene River and the Nene Valley Railway. There are some lovely walks in the area and there are good pubs in Stilton and other nearby villages. Three double bedrooms and a day bed in the sitting room.
