Helsey House Cottages are situated within the private grounds of Helsey House in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe on the North East Lincolnshire coast. We are 5 minutes from Chapel St Leonards and 15 minutes from Alford. There are some beautiful sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive. Helsey House is an old Victorian farmhouse built in 1880s. Each cottage has been converted from original cattle stalls belonging to the dairy farm. They have been furnished to the highest standard whilst maintaining original features and character of the buildings. There is ample parking in the grounds. The owners live on site so are available for help and advice.

A beautifully restored 18th century cottage set in half an acre of garden, mainly trees and lawn (suitable for croquet, badminton, quoits etc.). It is opposite a farm and has fields on three sides. It is convenient for the lovely old town of Stamford (Burleigh Horse trials) and for Rutland Water. It is close to golf courses, Sibson's air field, the Nene River and the Nene Valley Railway. There are some lovely walks in the area and there are good pubs in Stilton and other nearby villages. Three double bedrooms and a day bed in the sitting room.
