| The fine old farmhouse is
beautifully situated, and incorporates what are now three of the cottages:
Manesty Band, Manesty and Manesty Dairy. It is flanked by two converted barns,
Cocklety How and High Seat. Each cottage is self-contained with its own
entrance, grounds and car parking space(s), and is fully equipped as a
comfortable, convenient home for a Lakeland holiday. |

Manesty Band sleeps up
to 7. The first floor has four bedrooms: two doubles, one single, and one with double and single, bathroom/WC and separate shower/WC. The ground floor comprises two large rooms: a kitchen with dining table, and sitting room complete with piano. There are uninterrupted views across the valley from all rooms and gravelled parking flanks the large sloping lawn. |

| Manesty sleeps
6 There are three bedrooms upstairs: two doubles, and one with double and single, and a bathroom/WC. Downstairs the large entrance hall, once the scullery and still with original stone slab and bulls-eye window, leads into the old farmhouse kitchen with traditional pine dining table. There are uninterrupted views across the valley from the lounge and one bedroom; the remaining rooms look towards the peaks of Skiddaw. The old garden gateway leads to a small lawn. |
Manesty enjoys views over the courtyard to the North-East, and out over Borrowdale to the South-East. |

Manesty Dairy sleeps
2. The compact Edwardian extension to the farmhouse. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, together with an enclosed verandah, and bathroom/WC. The kitchen and lounge/dining room are upstairs. The lounge looks over High Seat towards the fells at the head of Borrowdale. Manesty Dairy is adjoining Manesty but with its own secluded front door and verandah. |

| Cocklety How Stable
Loft sleeps up to 4 Part of Cocklety How, the converted 17th century barn, comprises 2 first floor self-contained apartments over storage space. An interconnecting door allows them to be occupied together. The smaller apartment is referred to separately as Cocklety How Studio Apartment. There are two double bedrooms, one with a 4ft bed suitable for two children, kitchen with dining area, sitting room, and bathroom/WC. The kitchen and sitting room look over Borrowdale. The back door opens onto a paved patio, the front onto gravelled parking space and lawn. |

High Seat sleeps
5 The southern farm building converted into a bungalow. There are two bedrooms: one double and one with double and single, bathroom and separate WC. The kitchen/diner and large lounge enjoy beautiful views southwards towards the head of Borrowdale. The porch and sunroom add an extra dimension and open on to gravel parking and the lawn below. |
