18th century stone cottage of considerable charm in pretty village at the foot of the Brendon Hills in Exmoor National Park. Exposed beam, flagstone and wood floors. One double and one twin bedroom. Cosy living room with woodburner and two sofas one of which converts to a double bed. Dining room with farmhouse table for six and open fire place. Everywhere in the large sunny garden of Lower Sellicks you can hear the sound of running water from the stream flowing through its tranquil garden. The roomy cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms and 2 bathrooms and its spaciousness and layout gives flexibility - for families sharing, grandparents, walking groups etc. The cottage is well located in the peaceful Exmoor village of Roadwater. Within a few minutes walk is the pub with its friendly welcome and good food, a shop/post office and a children's play area. Footpaths criss-cross the area close to the cottage.
