Luxury cottages set in magnificent Highland Perthshire by the village of Kenmore amidst the finest scenery Scotland has to offer. We are at the head of Loch Tay backing onto the River Tay, surrounded by hills with good fishing nearby. Kenmore Golf Course is on our doorstep and there is lots to see and do in the area. Our cottages range from a real “pampering” experience for couples to a fantastic house big enough for a family gathering with ensuite facilities, large garden hot tub and sauna. All the cottages have full central heating, wood burning stoves, dishwashers and all other mod cons. The cottages are in a quiet, private setting with easy access to the golf course and the excellent Courtyard bar, restaurant, delicatessen and gift shop.

Mains Park Court – sleeps 9/10 + cot
Luxury with style! Mains Park Court is an extensive 5* deluxe cottage with five en suite bedrooms and a huge lounge with mezzanine sitting area above, wood burning stove and under floor heating. In the private garden there is a Finnish sauna chalet and on the patio a hot tub and barbeque area. This cottage is ideal for family gatherings looking for luxury accommodation in beautiful surroundings.

Bell Tower Cottage – sleeps 2 + cot
Built around a 19th century archway which is listed by Historical Monuments, Bell Tower offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation for the discerning couple. The open plan ground floor boasts a designer kitchen, double sided wood burning stove, plasma TV and comfy leather sofas. There is also a utility room and the bathroom – with its roll top bath, double power shower and sauna/steam room – is to die for! The master bedroom with four poster bed and plasma screen TV is above the arch in the old Bell Tower.

The Stables - sleeps 8 + cot
Stables Cottage offers spacious and comfortable accommodation especially suitable for families. Entrance hall with separate laundry and bathroom/WC with overhead shower. Large farmhouse style kitchen/dining room with patio doors to private garden and hot tub. French doors to a large lounge with wood burning stove and a second living room with Canadian maple flooring, Finnish sauna and satellite TV. A staircase from the living room leads to two master en suite rooms, one with pretty balcony overlooking our private courtyard. A second staircase leads to two twin rooms with use of the downstairs family bathroom.. One double and one twin room can be interconnected via an adjoining door if required

The Bothy – sleeps 2 + cot
In a quaint corner position, nothing prepares you for the sleek modern interior of this converted cottage. An open living area with designer dining kitchen, wood burning stove and leather settees leads to a open stair to the galleried bedroom with its en suite bathroom with power shower. There is a private, secluded hot tub to the side of The Bothy as well as a small garden with table and chairs

Archway Cottage – sleeps 4 (Allergen-free)
Newly upgraded for 2008, Archway Cottage has a comfortable living room with door to the garden, wood burning stove and a really stupendous Loxley designer dining kitchen – a real culinary experience, particularly for two couples. The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and en suite shower room and there is a twin room with use of the downstairs bathroom with sunken bath and over-bath shower.

The Smiddy – sleeps 5 + cot
A cosy corner house with private garden. Smiddy has a large living room with wood burning stove and a bright dining kitchen with patio doors to the enclosed garden with hot tub (from Christmas 2007). Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and an en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room and the there is a spacious single room. There is a family bathroom with over-bath shower on the ground floor.

			Granary Court sleeps 8 This substantial, stone-built, former granary has its own large, well-maintained and completely private garden to the rear. During the winter of 2008 we will be upgrading Granary Court to offer a substantial dining kitchen with French doors to the patio and garden with its large hot tub, utility/shower area, extensive drawing room with wood burning stove, ground floor master bedroom with en suite facilities and attractive verandah overlooking the garden plus a second master bedroom with en suite facilities and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom with over-bath shower. Granary is extremely spacious, well equipped and comfortably furnished.
